1How do I pay?
We accept Bacs payments - our bank details are on all invoices. We also accept company cheques and cash payments. Please note all payments are subject to VAT @ 20%
2Do you charge by the hour or fixed costs?
We charge for one full hour first and then per half hour thereafter on larger scale projects. We can supply and fixed quotations
3Do I have to supply the materials?
No we can supply the materials if needed. If you would to prefer to supply the materials that is absolutely fine. There is a 20% handling charge for all materials supplied
4Do you have insurance?
Yes we have a £5 million public liability insurance and £10 million employer’s liability cover
5Can I request a specific time appointment?
Yes you can - we can arrange for an engineer to be on site at a specific time. In the unlikely event our engineer is held up, we will keep you informed at the earliest convenience. We can also arrange for keys to be picked up and dropped off at a location of your choice. Please note there is a charge of £20.00 to cover travelling costs (within 3 miles of works location)
6What types of jobs can your handymen carry out?
Our handymen are very skilled in a range of tasks, from fitting shelves, installing flat pack furniture, installing TV screens, replacing locks, repairing doors, fixing skirting, changing lamps, changing carpet tiles, installing whiteboards, to basic plumbing works such as changing taps.
7Do you offer free quotations?
Yes we offer free quotations for larger scale projects. However there is a charge for site surveys and all associated drawings.
8Do you carry out residential work?
Yes we do. We have numerous residential landlords that regularly use our services.
9Is your work guaranteed?
All of our workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months, as we take great pride in what we do all. Any parts that we fit are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.
